About this policy
Effective 9 October 2026. This policy covers Nuansel for iPhone and iPad by Innova Apps.
Local information
The app stores preferences, your current project list, skein quantities and lookup history on your device. No account is required. Nuansel does not send this information to Innova Apps and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.
Photos you choose
The system photo picker provides the image you select. The app does not browse your photo library. Your selected image is used in memory for local colour calculations and is not uploaded by Nuansel. The system may download a selected iCloud photo according to your settings.
Export and sharing
PDF and CSV files are created in the app’s temporary storage. Sharing sends a file to the destination you choose in the system share sheet. That recipient or service handles it under its own policy. Review the file before sharing.
Backups and deletion
You can remove shades from the project list or reset app data in Settings. Reset clears the list, history and preferences. Deleting the app removes its local data. System backups and previously exported files may remain until you delete them separately.
Apple services and external links
Apple handles App Store purchases, the system photo picker, sharing and app ratings. Innova Apps receives no payment details through Nuansel. When you open an external link or another service, that service’s policies apply.
