Open a message's More actions menu and choose "Create work item." The message content is pulled in for you, so there's no copy-and-paste between Teams and Azure DevOps.
Google Gemini turns the message into a structured work item title and description. Don't like it? Edit it, regenerate it, or skip AI and use the raw message text.

Summaries are generated with Google Gemini. The content of the message you selected is sent to that service to produce the work item title and description; the result is then sent to Azure DevOps when you create the item.
No. The dialog is a draft. You can edit the AI summary, regenerate it, or ignore it and use the raw message text. Nothing is created in Azure DevOps until you click Create.
