Your Meetings, Already Written Up

Action items captured, assigned, and posted back, without anyone taking notes.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ

Action Items From the Transcript

When a transcribed meeting ends, the app reads the transcript and pulls out what the team agreed to do. Nobody has to write it down or retype it into Azure DevOps.

โœจ

AI That Catches Who It Was For

Google Gemini extracts both the task and the person it was given to, so an item isn't just "update the docs". It records who committed to it.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ

Assigned to the Right People

Extracted owners are matched against the meeting participants and the work items are assigned to the corresponding Azure DevOps team members.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

A Recap in the Meeting Chat

After the meeting, the app posts a summary in the meeting chat with a link to every new work item and a mention for each assignee.

โš™๏ธ

One-Time Setup

Connect your Azure DevOps organization, project, and work item type once. After that, every transcribed meeting the app is added to produces work items automatically.

๐Ÿ”’

Transcript Text Only

The app works from the text of the meeting transcript. Meeting audio and video are never accessed.

Set It Up Once, Then Just Meet

Works with scheduled Microsoft Teams meetings that are transcribed.

1

Add the App to a Scheduled Meeting

Add Meeting Transcripts to Work Item to a scheduled Microsoft Teams meeting before it starts. Scheduled private meetings are supported; channel meetings and ad hoc calls are not.

2

Complete the One-Time Setup

Choose Set up on the card the app posts in the meeting chat. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account, connect Azure DevOps, and pick the organization, project, and work item type.

3

Turn On Transcription During the Meeting

Start transcription in Teams and hold the meeting as usual. If a meeting isn't transcribed, no work items are created. A Microsoft Teams administrator must also have turned on transcript API access and speaker attribution for your organization.

4

Get Your Work Items Automatically

When the meeting ends, the app reads the transcript, creates the work items in your Azure DevOps project, assigns them to the matching participants, and posts a summary with links in the meeting chat. There is no review step, and items are created automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you start.

๐Ÿงฐ

What do I need to get started?

An Azure DevOps organization where you have permission to create work items, a Microsoft 365 account, and meeting transcription turned on during your meetings. Work items are created by the account that completed setup, in the project chosen during setup.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

Does my Teams admin have to enable anything?

Yes. A Microsoft Teams administrator must turn on transcript API access for the organization, in the Teams admin center under Meetings, then Meeting settings. Speaker attribution must also be on. Without it, work items are created without an assignee.

๐Ÿ“…

Which meetings are supported?

Scheduled private Microsoft Teams meetings only. Channel meetings and ad hoc calls are not supported. Transcription must be on for that meeting; if a meeting isn't transcribed, nothing is created.

๐Ÿค–

Which AI is used, and what does it see?

Action items are extracted by Google Gemini from the text of the meeting transcript. Transcript text is sent to that service for extraction, and the resulting text is sent to Azure DevOps as the work item title and description. Meeting audio and video are never accessed.

โœ…

Can I review the work items before they're created?

No. The app is fully automatic. Work items are created after the meeting without a review step. The summary posted in the meeting chat links to each item, so you can edit or close anything that isn't right in Azure DevOps.

๐Ÿ’ณ

How much does it cost?

Your organization starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription for your organization.

Free for 7 Days, Then Whenever You're Ready

The trial covers your whole organization, and no credit card is required.
