OhmLedger is provided by Innova Apps. It helps qualified electricians create records for UK installations. No developer account or sign-in is required.

Reports on your device

Certificate details, installation addresses, circuit readings, observations, photos, signatures and company information are stored in the app's local storage. The app does not automatically upload certificate content to our server. It keeps a previous library copy to help recover from damaged data. Photos and logos still referenced by a saved report or its recovery copy are retained with those records. Your device's own backup settings may affect copies outside the app.

Exports and deletion

PDFs are generated on your device. Sharing sends the selected file to the destination you choose. The Pro JSON export contains report records and image filenames; it excludes photo and logo files and cannot be imported to restore the library. Delete everything in Settings removes the local library, its recovery copy, local photos/logos and generated exports on successful completion. The app shows deletion or cleanup failures; do not assume every file has been removed after an error. Copies you shared elsewhere remain with their recipients or destinations. The lifetime free-export counter, any pending share reservation and annual report-reference counters are retained in the device Keychain. If secure-storage persistence cannot finish, the app reports the failure; free PDF sharing pauses when its allowance cannot be confirmed. These local counters and tokens are not sent to our server. Local deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription or erase purchase records held on our server.

Apple Maps and permissions

Optional address search and map displays contact Apple Maps. Current location asks for location access, captures coordinates, and requires you to enter and confirm the installation address. GPS alone does not identify the property. You can type an address without granting location access. Camera access is requested when you choose to add a photo. The system photo picker lets you choose a photo or logo without granting access to your entire library. Apple handles its services under its own privacy terms.

Purchases and subscription records

Apple processes payments. Apple App Store Server Notifications send subscription events to our server, hosted using Google Firebase/Firestore in the United States. We retain purchase and renewal history, product identifiers, transaction and original transaction identifiers, Apple app transaction identifiers, price/currency, dates, storefront, subscription status, refund/revocation details and signed notification payloads. The identifiers can link a subscription's history and an Apple Account's use of this app without providing us with the account's name, email address or payment-card details. We use these records for sales analytics, subscription support and security. There is no advertising tracking or sale of these records to data brokers. Purchase records remain on the server independently of local app deletion.

Your choices and contact

Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings. Control camera/location permissions in iOS Settings. Contact support@innovaapps.ai for privacy questions or access/deletion requests concerning server records. We may need sufficient purchase information to locate and verify the relevant records. Apple’s standard EULA applies to subscriptions and app use.
