Help with reports and exports.

Create a report

Choose EICR, EIC or Minor Works. Enter and verify the installation address, supply details, test results and relevant declarations. Use each field’s stated unit. Missing or invalid readings do not pass the supported checks.

Address and photos

You can type an address without location permission. Current location captures coordinates; you must enter and confirm the address yourself. GPS alone does not identify the property. Choose the camera or system photo picker when adding a photo.

Review and share

Review the complete PDF, including observations, photos and signatures, before sharing. The first three completed shares are free; cancellation does not count. Pro unlocks additional export features. JSON export includes report records and image filenames, but is not a complete backup and cannot be imported.

Purchases and local storage

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that owns your subscription. A subscription is not required to view or edit the library. Reports, photos, logos and a previous recovery copy are stored locally. Keep exported reports you need to retain.

Deletion

Delete everything in Settings removes local report data and related files on successful completion. The app shows deletion or cleanup failures; do not assume every file has been removed after an error. The lifetime free-export counter, any pending share reservation and annual report-reference counters remain in the device Keychain. These local records are not sent to our server. If the app cannot confirm that the allowance is safely stored, further free PDF sharing pauses. Use Retry or contact support; your reports remain accessible. Deletion does not cancel a subscription or remove shared copies or server purchase records.
