Privacy policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Stavilo is provided by Innova Apps. It helps you count syllables, time speech samples, review saved observations and create reports.

Information on your device

Your sample counts, speaking times, client codes, context, notes and saved sessions stay on your device. The app does not send this information to Innova Apps. The app does not create an account, record audio, track you, display advertising, or include analytics software.

Sample files are protected using iOS file protection and are excluded from iCloud device backups. Sessions do not sync across devices. Deleting the app or replacing your device can remove these records; export anything you want to keep first.

Reports you choose to share

You can create PDF and CSV files and choose where to save or share them using the iOS share sheet. A report may include client codes and notes that you entered. You control the destination. The app does not automatically send reports to Innova Apps. The recipient or service you choose handles shared copies under its own privacy practices.

Support and external links

Contact Support opens your email app or the system mail composer. No session data or report is attached automatically. If you send us a message, we receive the information you choose to include and your email address so we can respond. Please avoid including identifying client information in support messages.

Links to our website, Apple's terms, and the App Store open services with their own privacy practices. Apple processes your App Store purchase; Stavilo does not receive your payment-card details.

Your choices

You can delete individual sessions or use Settings > Delete all local data. This removes local saved sessions and the current sample. It does not remove reports you previously exported to other apps or recipients.
