Help with counting and reports.

Stavilo helps professionals record manual speech observations, calculate syllables per minute and the percentage of syllables marked as stuttered, and retain context for each sample. It does not diagnose, grade severity or recommend treatment.

Counting and saving

Enter an optional client code instead of a name, choose the sample type, and start the timer. Each Fluent or Stuttered tap adds one syllable to the total. Undo removes the most recent tap. Pause for interruptions. The timer pauses when the app leaves the foreground. Add notes and save the sample to Sessions.

Comparisons and reports

Save at least two samples with the same exact client code and sample type. In Sessions, choose the client and sample type in Compare samples. The chart and its first/latest values use the same latest eight samples. Compare similar tasks, lengths, languages and counting conventions; these figures describe your observations.

Open a saved sample to preview or share its PDF report, or export CSV. Shared files contain the sample details you entered. Choose recipients and storage destinations carefully.

Your information

Samples stay on this device in the app's protected storage and are excluded from device backups. There is no account, cloud sync, audio recording, advertising or analytics. You choose whether to share a report. Deleting the app removes its local records. The app is purchased once through the App Store and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

The app interface supports English, Spanish, French, German and Brazilian Portuguese. Danish is currently a store-listing and website language.
