Built for Filing Email as Evidence

One job done properly, right where your email already lives.

๐Ÿ“„

One Email, One PDF

The message comes first, then each attachment in the order you picked, merged into a single file you can archive or share.

๐Ÿ“Ž

Pick Your Attachments

Tick exactly what belongs in the PDF. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images and existing PDFs are all merged in place.

๐Ÿ—œ๏ธ

Keeps Files Small

Built-in compression downsamples images and re-encodes photos, so scans and photo-heavy merges come out much smaller with no visible difference on screen. Switch it off per merge.

๐Ÿงต

Whole Thread or Latest Reply

Capture the full conversation as it appears in the message, or just the most recent message, in one toggle.

๐Ÿšฉ

Nothing Dropped Silently

Unsupported attachments are clearly flagged and left out, so you always know exactly what is in your PDF.

๐Ÿ”’

Private by Design

Files are processed over HTTPS solely to build the PDF, output is deleted automatically within 24 hours, and download links expire after 30 minutes.

Three Steps, No Sign-Up

The add-in identifies you by your Outlook mailbox, so there is no account to create.

1

Add Save Email as PDF

Get it from Microsoft Marketplace, or search for it under Get Add-ins in Outlook. It is a modern web add-in, so there is nothing to install on your machine.

2

Open a Message and Pick What to Include

Click "Save as PDF" while reading an email. Choose the whole thread or the latest message, then tick the attachments you want merged in.

3

Merge and Download

Click "Merge to one PDF". A few seconds later you get one compressed PDF, with the email first and each attachment after it, ready to download.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you start.

๐Ÿ’ป

Which versions of Outlook are supported?

The new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, classic Outlook for Windows (Microsoft 365) and Outlook for Mac, with a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com mailbox. Outlook mobile is not supported.

๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ

Why not just print to PDF?

Printing gives you the message only, and legacy COM-based "print to PDF" add-ins no longer run in the new Outlook. This merges the email and its attachments into one ordered file instead.

๐Ÿ‘ค

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, password or SSO to configure. The add-in works with your existing Outlook mailbox.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ

What happens to my files?

Your message and attachments are sent over HTTPS solely to produce the PDF. Output files are deleted automatically within 24 hours and download links expire after 30 minutes.

๐Ÿ“

Is there a size limit?

Each merge takes up to 20 MB of selected content. If you go over, deselect a few attachments and merge the rest separately.

๐Ÿ’ณ

How much does it cost?

Three merges per calendar month are free, with no card required. Unlimited merges are $10 per user per month, billed through Stripe, and you can cancel at any time.
