Terms of Service

1. The service

Save Email as PDF (the "Service"), operated by Innova Apps, converts an email and its supported attachments into a single PDF file. The Service is available as an Outlook add-in. A Gmail add-on is in release preparation and is available only to preview users until its public release. Both clients use the same service and subscription when you use the same email address. Supported input formats are PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and common image files; other formats are not part of the Service.

2. Plans and billing

The free trial includes one successful PDF export per email address, ever, shared across Outlook and Gmail. It does not reset monthly, when you reinstall, or when you switch platforms or devices. Previous successful exports count toward this allowance. Failed conversions and downloading the same existing PDF again do not consume another export. Further exports require Pro. The Pro plan ($10 per user per month) provides unlimited conversions subject to fair use. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Innova Apps, not Google and not Microsoft, is the seller of the paid plan. The subscription is sold and charged by Innova Apps through Stripe on our own website. Neither Google nor Microsoft is a party to these terms, and neither is responsible for the Service.

3. Fair use

The Service is licensed per user, and a single licence covers that user in both the Outlook add-in and the Gmail add-on — you do not pay twice. Unlimited plans are subject to fair personal/professional use (as a guideline, up to 500 conversions per month); automated bulk processing is not permitted.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to your emails and attachments. You grant us the limited right to process them to show your conversion choices and produce the PDF you requested, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to convert the content you submit.

5. Availability and warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Conversion output can vary with source-document complexity; verify the PDF before relying on it for legal or archival purposes.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innova Apps' total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and uninstall the add-in at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination of a subscription, paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.

8. Distribution through the marketplaces

The Outlook add-in is distributed through Microsoft Marketplace. The Gmail add-on's public Google Workspace Marketplace release is pending; current access is a preview. Billing is handled by Innova Apps through Stripe, as described in section 2, rather than by either marketplace.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
