About Quarterkeep

Local records

Your ledger entries, income sources, tax settings and receipt photos are stored on your device. We do not receive these records. You choose whether to export or share them. Device backups and files you share are handled by the services you choose. Record keeping and calculations work offline, and Quarterkeep does not require an account or connect to your bank or HMRC.

Apple purchase and subscription records

Purchases and restoration use Apple's services. Apple sends purchase and subscription notifications to our server. We store purchase history, transaction and original transaction identifiers, Apple app transaction identifiers (appTransactionId), product and subscription status, dates, prices, currency, storefront, and the signed notification payload. Original transaction identifiers link events from the same purchase or subscription history. The signed payload can also contain appTransactionId, which identifies an Apple Account’s use of this app, without providing us with the account’s name or email address. These records are pseudonymous; they are not anonymous aggregate statistics. We use them for sales analysis, purchase administration and security. They are stored using Google Firebase/Firestore in the United States. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Use and tracking

We do not use this information for advertising tracking or share it with data brokers. Our App Store disclosures identify Purchase History and User ID as linked data used for Analytics and App Functionality.

Permissions and external services

Deadline reminders are local notifications. Permission is requested when you choose to enable them. Receipt selection uses the system photo picker and only accesses the images you choose. Links to HMRC, Apple and support pages open external services with their own privacy practices.

Deletion and your choices

You can remove ledger records in the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data, subject to any backups or exports you retain. Purchase records are retained in our server system; contact support@innovaapps.ai with access or deletion requests. Cancelling a subscription is managed through your Apple Account and does not itself delete previously received purchase records.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide so we can respond. Ledger data is not automatically attached. Send only information needed to explain your request. We will update this page if our data practices change.
