Quarterkeep · iPhone & iPad
Help with records, quarters and export.
Getting started
Create a source for self-employment or UK property. Choose the tax year and period basis, then enter each amount, date and category. The app uses pounds sterling and British-English labels.
Check the period
Choose either the individual quarter or cumulative totals from the start of the tax year. Check the year, period basis, source and report view before exporting. A tax estimate is indicative and does not replace a complete tax calculation.
Export and digital links
Premium exports category totals and records as CSV. Check the format with the recipient’s filing software before use. PDF is for checking and sharing. Do not move previously submitted records by retyping or copy-and-paste. Ask your accountant about your particular workflow.
Purchases and reminders
Restore purchases with the Apple Account that owns the subscription. Manage the subscription in Apple Account settings. Reminders use local notifications and need your permission; they do not guarantee timely filing.
Storage and errors
Ledger records and receipt photos are local. There is no app account or server ledger copy to restore from. Keep your own backups and exports. If the app reports unreadable data, keep it installed and contact support; avoid deleting files that may help recovery.
Contact
Email support@innovaapps.ai with the app version, iOS version and a description of the issue. Include the selected source type, period and report view if relevant. Omit tax identifiers, names, amounts or receipts that are not needed to explain the problem. We can help with the app, but do not provide personal tax advice.
